The stockings were hung....

 The stockings were hung (minus one) by the chimneys with care.

 Did you know you could knit with fabric strips?  You can.

I'm not even worrying about St. Nick yet.  There's more decorating to do.

    The stockings are beautiful ! I've never seen an entire family's hand made needlepoint stockings hanging by the chimney (with care of course!)

    Oh Wow -- they're all so beautiful! Now, to just get that last one up there LOL. I love those cute little knitted ones too. I still have decorating to do too -- not going to happen until some marathon gift sewing though!

    Si, the artist is LeConte Stewart. My husband collects old Utah art; oil paintings in particular. Do you know his work?
