Follow the instructions from the last post for the hearts and then hook a slip stitch onto the wrong side of your heart . Chain a long tail and tack it down to the back of the heart and crochet a little glass bead on the end as a weight. (It wouldn't hurt if the bead was cute either).
VOILA...Heart bookmarks, the perfect thing to tuck into a Valentine Card.
