I love the book Artisan Bread in Five Minutes A Day. You too can make great bread. We have eaten more fresh bread than ever before. Here's a loaf of master recipe white. Can you smell it? I'm still perfecting for altitude but I think it's about there. Baking bread is the best air freshener.
