Dad's hand-carved Santa 2010

I've decided that this deserves it's own post.  My Father carves six of these every year.  One for him and my Mom and 5 for my sibling's families and my own family.  Mom wraps them up and after dinner on Thanksgiving we each pick a wrapped Santa.  They are treasures and they reside on our mantel from Thanksgiving to New Year's Day.  Stay tuned for more Santas from previous years.

Stay tuned for another Santa from a previous year.

  2. Sue,
Thanks for asking...the new header is my mother's work. She is a beautiful embroideress. I wish my work looked as clean and even as hers. I have two very talented parents and I wanted to showcase both of them.
