Some years they are ok, and others they're not growing well. Green bells are so inexpensive (usually) that I just buy them. I hope you try these. They are really good.Bonniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11159582653513181811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3399409475327068262.post-42873099853282740032011-10-16T23:22:56.981-06:002011-10-16T23:22:56.981-06:00Can you believe that I have not made stuffed bell ...Can you believe that I have not made stuffed bell peppers?!? Maybe once, years ago. I used to be a picky eater, but now I LOVE bell peppers and cook with them a lot. We tried to grow them this year, but only one tiny bell pepper grew. I will make these for sure! I'm going to "pin" this:)Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06072961274277978490noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3399409475327068262.post-55438208685681336872011-10-16T18:13:11.703-06:002011-10-16T18:13:11.703-06:00Was just thinking about making these this coming w...Was just thinking about making these this coming week as it's getting much cooler - time for comfort food. The green bells are so inexpensive that I don't mind purchasing them so I can save the garden space for things I can't find at the regular markets here. Sometimes I stuff the pretty yellow and red ones too...when the price is right.Bonniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11159582653513181811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3399409475327068262.post-30300033716288199492011-10-15T22:15:05.363-06:002011-10-15T22:15:05.363-06:00Bonnie -- I think I have made this from the BC Coo...Bonnie -- I think I have made this from the BC Cookbook. It was also the only cookbook my mother owned, but she was adventurous and sought out recipes. I have one (very tattered) from my single years. One of my brothers gave me a Pillsbury Cookbook (think he was worried about my cooking). Are these peppers from your garden?
