Didn't Dumbledore say in one of the Harry Potters that hand knit socks are the best gift of all -- or something like that ;)?
Blessings,
GGigihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14709314864693421679noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3399409475327068262.post-6431877156795009472011-10-11T18:27:52.633-06:002011-10-11T18:27:52.633-06:00Oh, Bonnie! I have so many books filled with sock patterns and I have only completed one sock and it was very big and looked super silly. I must try again!Pom Pomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01524994024698986829noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3399409475327068262.post-76643872748335993142011-10-11T12:42:54.779-06:002011-10-11T12:42:54.779-06:00This sock yarn does say hand wash on the label. Please note that I do have a front loader which does not agitate as much as a top loader will. I put them in a lingerie bag and then let them air dry on a rack, never putting them in the dryer. I take the lazy way out but I haven't had a sock shrink yet so I will continue to wash them this way.Bonniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11159582653513181811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3399409475327068262.post-14426268228823683872011-10-11T06:32:28.103-06:002011-10-11T06:32:28.103-06:00Love that sock! I am in the middle of a pair for a sister in law for Christmas. My socks have to go into the machine -- 'cause they'll end up there anyway, whether I have any say-so about it or not! Your cable pattern looks really pretty too!Thimbleannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03650582809426872051noreply@blogger.com
